The company was founded at the request of the market, since there was a lack of professionals coordinating entire investment processes.
Therefore, the object of our activity includes:

• turnover and management of real estates, and investment in estates connected with buying and selling buildings and estates
• activities related to architecture, engineering and technical support, particularly project design and investment supervision
• construction works.

       In 1999 our company commenced cooperation with Aral Oil Company, which resulted in the building of 4 petrol stations in Bytom - Stroszek, Lubliniec, Piekary Slaskie and Wadowice in year 2000, 5 petrol stations in Rybnik, Zywiec, Raciborz, and 2 stations in Katowice in 2001. During the realization of above ventures we supervised the whole investment processes, from buying the plot, through projects and designs, completing all the necessary agreements and permits, contracting the General Contractor, to getting the official permit for usage.
       Our company gained even more experience that gave way to faster development in the subsequent constructions of hiper- and supermarkets. Most of the investments took place on our company's estates. The investor was pleased to receive a building ready to be used.
       Our philosophy is to maintain the highest standards of customer service. For this purpose we have a highly qualified, specialized team of coordinators, as well as engineers and designers with excellent qualifications and long-term experience
       In 2007 one part of our team started preparation and realization of residential investments.
